MY VINTAGE WATERMELON JOURNEY... began the summer of 2009...I was in transition...and took up blogging. The original inspiration for my blog are those precious little vintage trailers from the 1950's that I stumbled upon while Googling. I instantly fell in love with them and I just know there is one in my future. I love travel, photography and most things retro, romantic, vintage, nostalgic, and artsy! Nothing thrills me more than a great thrift store find, or a unique consignment treasure...and if it even looks vintage...I melt. I love losing myself in my spare room studio, and here is where you'll find me ink stained, graphite smudged, covered with charcoal dust and casting myself in a hundred directions. Just me and my muses soaking in the moonlight as I chase elusive ideas and lavish notions. I always feel that there is something fabulous out there calling out to me; any minute now its going to emerge...Enjoy and Soar!
